Decision 108 Dated 21/1/2007
Article 1
All items that are subject to prior approval by the Ministry of Industry and its affiliated bodies in accordance with the foreign trade provisions in force, shall be exempted from this prior approval, except for the following customs items: 6810/ 6811/6812 and customs chapter 84 (used industrial machinery, after approval of committee for used industrial machinery).
Article 2
Applicable foreign trade provisions shall hereby be deemed amended.

Article 1
The following customs items, which require prior approval by the Ministry of Agriculture and Agrarian Reform shall be exempted from this condition 2006-2008, and from chapter 39 (drip irrigation pipes) 4819 / 6806 / 6815 / 8436 and from various customs items (plastic greenhouses).
Article 2
Applicable foreign trade provisions shall hereby be deemed amended.

Items of the following customs items, which require prior approval from the Ministry of Defense (Defense Factories Est.) shall be exempt from this condition: customs chapter 39 (transparent and non-transparent plastic adhesive tapes, 8424/ 8504).

Article 1
The following customs items materials shall be exempted from the prior approval by the Ministry of Health (or its delegated directorates): 1211. 1515, 1516, customs chapters 21, 2106, 2501, 2503, customs chapter 3203, 30, 3204, 3303, 3307, 3701, 3707, 3808 and chapters 62 & 63 (fire proof garments and ropes, and other garments resistant to the chemicals used in hospitals) 6908. 6907, 7202, 7405, 9019, 9403, 9404.
Article 2
Applicable foreign trade provisions shall hereby be deemed amended.
