| Decree 10 of 2006: duties, allowances and compensations of all types; and fees, fines, penalties, interests and the like set in SYL and its equivalence in foreign currency shall be collected according to the exchange rate mentioned in the state & public sector exchange rate statements, in order for the yield of duties previously collected in foreign currency to remain unchanged without any increase or decrease before the coming into force of Law 25 of 2004, wherever mentioned in the valid laws and regulations. |
